POWER SEAT SWITCH (for Rear Side) INSTALLATION

INSTALL COOLER CONTROL SWITCH ASSEMBLY
1. Set the rear seat armrest plate to the rear seat center armrest box assembly.
2. Connect each connector to the cooler control switch assembly.
3. Engage the 4 claws to install the cooler control switch assembly.
4. Engage the 3 guides and 8 claws.
5. Install the rear seat armrest plate with the screw.
6. Insert the guide.
7. Install the rear seat center armrest door sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST BOX ASSEMBLY
1. Engage the 4 hooks to install the rear seat center armrest box assembly to the rear seat center armrest assembly.
INSTALL CENTER SEAT ARMREST BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Install the center seat armrest bracket sub-assembly with the 2 bolts and 2 washers.
  
  Torque:
  
  6.0 N*m { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }
2. Engage the 3 clamps.
INSTALL REAR CENTER SEATBACK FRAME WITH COVER AND PAD
1. Engage the 2 claws.
2. Install the rear center seatback frame with cover and pad with the 2 nuts.
  
  Torque:
  
  6.0 N*m { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }
INSTALL CENTER SEAT ARMREST INNER PLATE
1. Insert the 4 guides and engage the 6 claws to install the center seat armrest inner plate.
INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK ASSEMBLY
1. Place the center seatback assembly in the cabin.
  
  Note
  
  Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.
2. Engage the hook.
3. Install the center seatback assembly with the 2 bolts.
  
  Torque:
  
  18 N*m { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }
4. Connect the connector.
INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH
1. Place the rear seatback assembly LH in the cabin.
  
  Note
  
  Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.
2. Install the rear seatback assembly LH with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
  
  Torque:
  
  18 N*m { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }
3. Engage the 2 hooks to install the cover.
4. Connect the 2 rear seat belts to the 2 rear seat shoulder belt guides.
5. w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag:
  1. Connect each connector and clamp to the child restraint anchor bracket sub-assembly LH.
INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH
1. Place the rear seatback assembly RH in the cabin.
  
  Note
  
  Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.
2. Install the rear seatback assembly RH with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
  
  Torque:
  
  18 N*m { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }
3. Engage the 2 hooks to install the cover.
4. Connect the rear seat belt to the rear seat shoulder belt guide.
5. w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag:
  1. Connect each connector and clamp to the child restraint anchor bracket sub-assembly RH.
INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER
1. Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seatback covers.
  
  Tech Tips
  
  Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK
1. Engage the 2 claws to install a new rear seat cushion lock hook as shown in the illustration.
  
  Note
  
  Rear seat cushion lock hooks must not be reused.
  
  Tech Tips
  
  Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
1. Place the rear seat cushion assembly in the cabin.
  
  Note
  
  Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.
2. Pass the 2 rear seat inner belt assemblies through the rear seat cushion assembly.
3. Connect the 2 seat heater connectors.
4. Engage the 2 rear seat cushion frame hooks on the front side of the rear seat cushion assembly to the 2 rear seat cushion lock hooks as shown in the illustration.
5. Confirm that the rear seat cushion assembly is securely installed.
  
  Note
  
  When installing the rear seat cushion assembly, make sure that the seat belt buckles are not under the rear seat cushion assembly.

CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag)
