LUMBAR SWITCH (for TMC, TMMR Made) INSTALLATION

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.


  1. INSTALL FRONT LUMBAR POWER SEAT SWITCH


    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the front lumbar power seat switch to the front seat cushion shield.

  2. INSTALL POSITION CONTROL ECU AND SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Position Memory System)


    1. Install the position control ECU and switch assembly to the front seat cushion shield LH with the 3 screws.

  3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD


    1. Connect the front lumbar power seat switch connector.

    2. Connect the front power seat switch connector.

    3. Engage the 2 wire harness clamps.

    4. Install the wire harness to the wire harness cover.

    5. Engage the 2 claws to close the wire harness cover.

    6. Engage the 4 claws, 7 guides and clip to install the front seat cushion shield.

  4. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD

      Engage the 3 claws and 3 guides to install the front No. 1 seat inner cushion shield as shown in the illustration.

    2. B000I12

      Engage the 2 claws to install the front No. 1 seat inner cushion shield to the clip as shown in the illustration.

    3. Install the screw.

  5. CONNECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER


    1. Connect the rubber band of the separate type front seatback cover.

  6. INSTALL RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB (w/ Seat Position Memory System)


    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the reclining power seat switch knob.

  7. INSTALL SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB (w/ Seat Position Memory System)


    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the slide and vertical power seat switch knob.

  8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY
