REAR DOOR COURTESY SWITCH (for TMMK Made) INSTALLATION

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
The following procedure is for the LH side

INSTALL REAR DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY
1. Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, install the rear door courtesy light switch assembly with the screw.
  
  Torque:
  
  6.3 N*m { 64 kgf*cm, 56 in.*lbf }
  
  Tech Tips
  
  There are 2 diameters for the "TORX" screws: 6 mm (0.236 in.) and 7 mm (0.276 in.). The diameter of a supplied "TORX" screw is 7 mm (0.276 in.).
2. Connect the connector.
INSTALL REAR SIDE SEATBACK ASSEMBLY
1. Engage the hook.
2. Install the rear side seatback assembly LH with the 2 bolts.
  
  Torque:
  
  18 N*m { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }
3. Connect the connector.
4. Connect the rear seat outer belt assembly to the rear seat shoulder belt guide.
INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK
1. Engage the 2 claws to install a new rear seat cushion lock hook as shown in the illustration.
  
  Note
  
  Rear seat cushion lock hooks must not be reused.
  
  Tech Tips
  
  Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side.
INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
1. Place the rear seat cushion assembly in the cabin.
  
  Note
  
  Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.
2. Pass the 2 rear seat inner belt assemblies through the rear seat cushion assembly.
3. Engage the 2 rear seat cushion frame hooks on the front side of the rear seat cushion assembly to the 2 rear seat cushion lock hooks as shown in the illustration.
4. Confirm that the rear seat cushion assembly is securely installed.
  
  Note
  
  When installing the rear seat cushion assembly, make sure that the seat belt buckles are not under the rear seat cushion assembly.
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
