ENGINE HOOD COURTESY SWITCH REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (for TMMK Made)

      Remove the 9 clips and cool air intake duct seal.

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (for TMC, TMMR Made)

  3. REMOVE ENGINE HOOD COURTESY SWITCH (HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY) (for TMC, TMMR Made)

      Using a screwdriver, remove the hood lock nut cap.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. w/ Engine Hood Courtesy Switch:

        Disconnect the connector.

      *1 Hood Lock Bolt

      Remove the 2 bolts and hood lock bolt.

      Disconnect the hood lock control cable assembly and remove the hood lock assembly.
