AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM (for Radio and Display Type) Display Signal Circuit between Radio Receiver and Stereo Jack Adapter

DESCRIPTION

The No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly sends the display signal from an external device to the radio and display receiver assembly via this circuit.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - NO. 1 STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the H155 radio and display receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the I204 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector. (for RHD)

    3. Disconnect the I207 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector. (for LHD)

    4. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below. (for RHD)

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      I155-13 (VV+) - I204-8 (VV+) Always Below 1 Ω
      I155-14 (VV-) - I204-9 (VV-) Always Below 1 Ω
      I155-13 (VV+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      I155-14 (VV-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      I155-12 (SG) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

    5. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below. (for LHD)

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      I155-13 (VV+) - I207-8 (VV+) Always Below 1 Ω
      I155-14 (VV-) - I207-9 (VV-) Always Below 1 Ω
      I155-13 (VV+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      I155-14 (VV-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      I155-12 (SG) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
