VACUUM PUMP REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE EGR VALVE WITH COOLER ASSEMBLY

  2. DISCONNECT UNION TO CHECK VALVE HOSE

      Slide the clip and disconnect the union to check valve hose from the vacuum pump assembly.

  3. REMOVE VACUUM PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. B000HXI

      Remove the 4 bolts and vacuum pump assembly.

      Remove the No. 2 O-ring and No. 3 O-ring from the vacuum pump assembly.
