REAR BUMPER (for TMMK Made) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE REAR BUMPER LOWER COVER

      Remove the 2 outside moulding retainers.

    2. Remove the 2 clips.

    3. Disengage the 10 claws and 2 guides, and remove the rear bumper lower cover.

  2. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH


    1. B000NRL

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 3 clips as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws to remove the rear bumper side retainer LH.

  3. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE SEAL LH

      Remove the grommet.

    2. Remove the 2 screws.

    3. B000LTI

      Disengage the guide and claw to remove the rear bumper side seal LH.

  5. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE SEAL RH

      Remove the grommet.

    2. Remove the 2 screws.

    3. B000H2T

      Disengage the guide and claw to remove the rear bumper side seal RH.

  6. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    1. B000GX2

      Disengage the 2 guides to remove the rear bumper energy absorber.

  7. REMOVE REAR BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B000NJX

      Remove the 6 nuts and rear bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.
