FRONT BUMPER (for TMMK Made) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY


    1. B000JPD

      Move the front bumper assembly into position as shown in the illustration.

    2. Pull back the side of the front bumper assembly and connect the 2 daytime running light connectors.

      Note

      Do not apply excessive force when pulling back the front bumper assembly.

    3. Install the 2 bolts.

    4. Install the 2 hood center cushions and clip.

      Engage the 3 claws to install the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Install the pin hold clip as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Insert the pin hold clip with the slot aligned vertically. Do not rotate the clip after inserting it. After installation, confirm that the slot is aligned vertically.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    7. Install the clip.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    8. Install the 7 screws.

  2. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL


    1. Install the cool air intake duct seal with the 9 clips.
