FRONT BUMPER (for TMMK Made) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH


    1. B000IPV

      Engage the claw.

    2. Install the front bumper side retainer LH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 6 bolts.

      Torque:
      35 N*m  { 357 kgf*cm, 26 ft.*lbf }
    2. B000KUG

      Engage each clamp.

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER SUPPORT SPACER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B000IBK

      Engage the guide.

    2. B000ITG

      Install the No. 2 front bumper support spacer sub-assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      35 N*m  { 357 kgf*cm, 26 ft.*lbf }
    3. B000LA8

      Engage the clamp.

  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    1. B000MPK

      Engage the 2 guides to install the front bumper energy absorber.

  6. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM ASSEMBLY


    1. B000JRT

      Engage the 2 pins and 4 claws.

    2. B000J2U

      Install the radiator grille emblem assembly to the radiator grille with the 2 screws.

  7. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B000MU4

      Engage the 6 claws.

    2. B000JLT

      Install the radiator grille sub-assembly with the 4 screws.

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. Engage the 18 claws.

      B000MAH
    2. B000HA6

      Install the No. 1 lower radiator grille with the 6 screws.

  9. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER


    1. B000LA1

      Engage the claw to install the front fender liner retainer.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET


    1. B000KYL

      Install the front bumper extension mounting bracket with the 4 screws.

  11. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  12. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
