FRONT BUMPER (for TMMK Made) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  2. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET

      Remove the 4 screws and front bumper extension mounting bracket.

  4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

      Disengage the claw and remove the front fender liner retainer.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. B000HA6

      Remove the 6 screws.

    2. Disengage the 18 claws and remove the No. 1 lower radiator grille.

  6. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B000JLT

      Remove the 4 screws.

    2. B000MU4

      Disengage the 6 claws and remove the radiator grille sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. B000JRT

      Disengage the 4 claws and 2 pins, and remove the radiator grille emblem assembly from the radiator grille.

  8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    1. B000MPK

      Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front bumper energy absorber.

  9. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER SUPPORT SPACER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the clamp.

    2. B000ITG

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    3. B000IBK

      Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 front bumper support spacer sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B000KUG

      Disengage each clamp.

    2. B000N2S

      Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH


    1. B000IPV

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the front bumper side retainer LH.

  12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
