  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH


    1. B000J95

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the front bumper side retainer LH with the bolt and screw.

      Torque:
      Bolt
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B000LUE

      Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 6 bolts.

      Torque:
      61 N*m  { 622 kgf*cm, 45 ft.*lbf }

    2. Engage the 5 clamps.

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

      Engage the 2 guides to install the front bumper energy absorber.

  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER MOULDING (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)


    1. Engage the 8 claws.

      Install the front bumper moulding to the lower radiator grille with the 5 screws.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER MOULDING (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)


    1. Engage the 7 claws.

    2. B000ITC

      Install the No. 2 front bumper moulding with the screw.

  7. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the 24 claws.

    2. Install the lower radiator grille sub-assembly to the front bumper cover with the 4 screws.

  8. INSTALL LOWER FRONT BUMPER COVER (for Bar Type Radiator Grille)

    2. Engage the 3 guides and 4 claws to install the lower front bumper cover.

    2. Install the radiator grille bracket with the clip.

  11. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)

      Engage the claw and guide.

    2. Install the radiator grille with the 2 screws.

  12. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 3 claws and guide to install the radiator grille emblem assembly to the radiator grille emblem base.

      Engage the 4 claws and 2 guides.

    3. Install the radiator grille emblem assembly with radiator grille emblem base with the 2 screws.

  13. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING LH

      Engage the 3 claws.

    2. Install the upper radiator grille moulding LH with the screw.

  14. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING RH

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  15. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 8 claws.

    2. Install the radiator grille sub-assembly with the 2 clips.

  16. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR GRILLE BRACKET

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the No. 2 radiator grille bracket with the 2 screws.

  17. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

      Engage the claw to install the front fender liner retainer.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  18. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)

      Engage the 2 claws.

      Install the front bumper extension mounting bracket with the 2 screws.

  19. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Front Turn Signal Light Assembly)

      Engage the 6 claws to install the front bumper hole cover LH.

  20. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Front Turn Signal Light Assembly)
