HAZARD WARNING SWITCH (for TMC, TMMR Made) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL SWITCH BOARD

    Note

    When reassembling the air conditioning control assembly, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent the components from being damaged.

      Engage the claw to install the heater control switch board to the heater control housing sub-assembly.

    2. B000I4D

      Engage the 5 claws.

    3. Install the heater control retainer RH to the heater control housing sub-assembly with the 4 screws.

  2. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (HAZARD SWITCH)


    1. Engage the 4 clips to install the air conditioning control assembly.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET (w/o Radio Receiver)


    1. Engage the claw to temporarily install the radio tuner opening cover.

    2. Install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 3 screws.

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET (w/o Radio Receiver)


    1. Engage the claw.

    2. Install the No. 2 radio bracket and radio tuner opening cover with the 3 screws.

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET (for Radio Receiver Type)


    1. w/o Navigation System:


      1. Install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 4 screws.

    2. w/ Navigation System:


      1. Install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 6 screws.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET (for Radio Receiver Type)


    1. w/o Navigation System:


      1. Install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 4 screws.

    2. w/ Navigation System:


      1. Install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 6 screws.

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET (for Navigation Receiver Type)


    1. Install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 4 screws.

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET (for Navigation Receiver Type)


    1. Install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 4 screws.

  9. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL WITH AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (w/o Radio Receiver)


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the 6 clips.

    3. Install the center instrument cluster finish panel with air conditioning control assembly with the 4 bolts <C>.

  10. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Radio Receiver Type)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 6 clips to the vehicle body to temporarily install the radio receiver assembly with air conditioning control assembly.

    3. Install the radio receiver assembly with air conditioning control assembly with the 4 bolts.

  11. INSTALL NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Navigation Receiver Type)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 6 clips to the vehicle body to temporarily install the navigation receiver assembly with air conditioning control assembly.

    3. Install the navigation receiver assembly with air conditioning control assembly with the 4 bolts.

  12. INSTALL FRONT CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH


    1. for Blank Type:


      1. B000HOA

        Engage the 2 claws to install the front console upper panel garnish as shown in the illustration.

    2. for 3 Switch Hole Type:


      1. Connect each connector.

      2. B000N2U

        Engage the 2 claws to install the front console upper panel garnish as shown in the illustration.

  13. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. B000LVO

      Engage the 4 clips to install the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly.

      Note

      When installing the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly, check that the wire harness is not caught between the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly and duct.

  14. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 7 clips and 2 guides to install the center instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly.

  15. INSTALL FRONT PANEL GARNISH RH


    1. B000KNC

      Engage the 3 clips and 8 guides to install the front panel garnish RH.

  16. INSTALL FRONT PANEL GARNISH LH

      Engage the 3 clips and 8 guides to install the front panel garnish LH.

  17. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (w/ Navigation System)

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.
