FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  • The following procedure is for the LH side.


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (for TMMK Made)

  2. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for TMMK Made)

      Remove the 2 screws and front turn signal light assembly.

  3. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB (for TMMK Made)


    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. B000KEM

      Turn the front turn signal light socket with the front turn signal light bulb as shown in the illustration to remove them as a unit.

    3. Remove the front turn signal light bulb from the front turn signal light socket.

  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (for TMMR Made)

  5. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for TMMR Made)


    1. B000LIL

      Remove the 4 screws and front turn signal light assembly.

  6. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB (for TMMR Made)


    1. B000N64

      Turn the front turn signal light socket with the front turn signal light bulb as shown in the illustration to remove them as a unit.

    2. Remove the front turn signal light bulb from the front turn signal light socket.

  7. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (for TMMR Made)

  8. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BRACKET (for TMMR Made)


    1. B000LYG

      Remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the 6 claws to remove the front turn signal light bracket.
