AUTOMATIC HEADLIGHT BEAM LEVEL CONTROL SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM

DESCRIPTION

1. Automatic headlight beam level control system data and Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) can be read from the Data Link Connector 3 (DLC3) of the vehicle. When the system seems to be malfunctioning, use the intelligent tester to check for malfunctions and perform repairs.

INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE

1. Measure the battery voltage.

   If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery.

   DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM

   
   

   1. If the automatic headlight beam level control system malfunctions, "Check Headlight System"*1 or "Check Headlight Leveling System"*2 is displayed on the multi-information display.
