FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR (for TMC, TMMR Made) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Apply gasoline to 2 new O-rings and then install them to the fuel pressure regulator assembly.

  2. INSTALL FUEL PUMP

      *1 O-ring
      *2 Fuel Pump Spacer

      Apply gasoline to a new O-ring. Then install the O-ring and fuel pump spacer to the fuel pump.

      *1 Fuel Filter
      *2 Suction Filter

      Engage the 5 claws on the fuel filter and install the fuel pump with the suction filter.

      Note


      • Make sure that the O-ring is not cut or pinched during the installation.

      • Engage the claws securely.

      • Do not remove the suction filter.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL SUCTION SUPPORT

      Engage the 2 claws of the No. 1 fuel suction support.

  4. INSTALL LOWER FUEL TANK CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the fuel pump harness connector to the fuel pump.

    2. Install the spring to the fuel suction plate shaft and install it to the lower fuel tank case sub-assembly.

      Engage the 4 claws of the No. 1 fuel suction support and install the lower fuel tank case sub-assembly to the fuel suction plate with the fuel filter.

    4. Install a new E-ring.

    5. Connect the fuel pump harness connectors to the fuel suction plate.

  5. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY

      Slide the fuel sender gauge to fit the claw.

    2. Connect the connector of the fuel sender gauge assembly.

  6. INSTALL FUEL SUCTION TUBE WITH PUMP AND GAUGE ASSEMBLY
