FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR (for TMMK Made) INSTALLATION

INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSEMBLY
1. Apply gasoline to 2 new O-rings, and then install them to the fuel pressure regulator assembly.
2. Install the fuel pressure regulator assembly to the fuel filter.
  
  Note
  
  Make sure that the O-rings are not cut or pinched during installation.
INSTALL FUEL PUMP WITH FILTER ASSEMBLY

  *2 Fuel Pump Spacer
  
  Apply gasoline to a new O-ring. Then install the O-ring and fuel pump spacer to the fuel pump with filter assembly.
2. Engage the 5 claws of the fuel pump with filter assembly.
  Note
  - Make sure that the O-ring is not cut or pinched during installation.
  - Engage the claws securely.
  - Do not remove the suction filter from the fuel pump with filter sub-assembly.
3. Engage the 2 claws to install the No. 1 fuel suction support.
4. Connect the fuel pump harness connector to install the fuel pump harness to the fuel pump with filter assembly.
5. Engage the 2 claws and install the fuel filter and the fuel pump with filter assembly to the fuel sub-tank.
  
  Note
  
  Do not apply excessive force to the tube or the No. 1 fuel suction support.
6. Engage the claw and connect the fuel pump filter hose while aligning it with the installation position of the fuel sub-tank.
7. Connect the fuel pump harness connector.
INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY
1. Slide the fuel sender gauge assembly downward and engage the claw (A) to install the fuel sender gauge assembly.
2. Connect the fuel sender gauge assembly connector.
3. Install the 2 wire harness protectors to the wire harness.
  
  Note
  
  Do not damage the wire harness.
4. Engage the 2 wire harness clamps.
  
  Note
  
  Do not damage the wire harness.
