CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR

      *1 O-ring

      Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring of the crankshaft position sensor.

    2. Install the crankshaft position sensor with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

      Note


      • If there is any adhesive remaining on the bolt for the crankshaft position sensor, clean and degrease the threads of the bolt.

      • Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or does not jump out of position during installation.

    3. Connect the crankshaft position sensor connector.

  2. INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK
