VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL4

      *1 No. 4 Solenoid Lock Plate
      *2 Solenoid Valve SL4

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SL4 with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SL4 onto the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt and No. 4 solenoid lock plate.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL3

      *2 Solenoid Valve SL3

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SL3 with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SL3 onto the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt and No. 3 solenoid lock plate.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLU

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SLU with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SLU onto the transmission valve body assembly.

  4. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLT


    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve SLT with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SLT onto the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt and lock plate.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL1

      *2 Clamp
      *3 Solenoid Valve SL2
      *4 Solenoid Valve SL1

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SL1 with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SL1 onto the transmission valve body assembly.

  6. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL2


    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve SL2 with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SL2 onto the transmission valve body assembly with the 2 bolts, clamp and No. 2 solenoid lock plate.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

  7. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL

      *1 Solenoid Valve SL

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SL with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SL onto the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

  8. INSTALL TRANSMISSION WIRE


    1. Install the transmission wire onto the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt and lock plate.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

    2. Coat the temperature sensor with ATF.

    3. Connect the temperature sensor and install the lock plate with the bolt to the transmission valve body assembly.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

    4. Engage the clamp and connect the transmission wire.

    5. Connect the 7 connectors of the shift solenoid valve.

    6. Connect the connector of the transmission revolution sensor.

  9. INSTALL TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR


    1. B000M73E03

      Temporarily install the transmission revolution sensor onto the transmission valve body assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Note

      Do not use a transmission revolution sensor that has been dropped.

    2. Tighten the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the connector of the transmission revolution sensor.
