AIR COOLED OIL COOLER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL AIR COOLED OIL COOLER


    1. Install the air cooled oil cooler with the bolt and 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      After temporarily tightening the bolt, fully tighten the 2 nuts and then bolt.

    2. Connect the 2 oil cooler hoses to the air cooled oil cooler and slide the 2 clips to secure them.

  4. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH

  5. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER LH
