RADIATOR GRILLE(for Sedan) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR COVER


    1. A01T9Z7

      Remove the 4 clips and radiator cover.

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01TBQMC01
      A01TCKT Protective Tape

      Apply protective tape around the radiator grille sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Remove the bolt and 2 clips.

    3. A01TBQX

      Disengage the 6 claws and 2 guides to remove the radiator grille sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL


    1. A01T9WB

      Disengage the 9 clips to remove the hood to radiator grille seal.

  4. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM


    1. A01TA7R

      Disengage the 3 claws to remove the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem.

  5. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING LH


    1. A01T9GE

      Disengage the 3 claws and 4 guides to remove the upper radiator grille moulding LH.

  6. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
