Tech Tips
Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
The procedure described below is for the LH side.

PRECAUTION (w/ Power Window)
Note
After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.
DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (w/ Power Window)
Note
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
REMOVE REAR ARMREST ASSEMBLY (w/o Power Window)
REMOVE REAR ARMREST ASSEMBLY (w/ Power Window)
REMOVE REAR DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY (w/o Power Window)
REMOVE REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH REAR DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (w/ Power Window)
REMOVE REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
REMOVE REAR DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER
DISCONNECT REAR DOOR WEATHERSTRIP
Disengage the clip and disconnect the rear door weatherstrip.
DISCONNECT REAR DOOR GLASS RUN
REMOVE REAR DOOR REAR WINDOW GUIDE WITH REAR DOOR REAR GUIDE SEAL
REMOVE REAR DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY
REMOVE REAR DOOR GLASS RUN
REMOVE REAR DOOR BELT MOULDING ASSEMBLY

Protective Tape |
Put protective tape around the rear door belt moulding assembly.
Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 6 claws and remove the rear door belt moulding assembly as shown in the illustration.
Tech Tips
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

Put protective tape around the rear door belt moulding assembly.
Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 5 claws and remove the rear door belt moulding assembly as shown in the illustration.
