FRONT BUMPER(for Sedan) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01LW28

      Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 8 bolts.

      Torque:
      50 N*m  { 510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf }

    2. Engage each clamp.

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    1. A01M29Y

      Engage the 6 guides to install the front bumper energy absorber.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH


    1. A01M0WRC02
      *a Bolt
      *b Screw

      Engage the 3 claws.

    2. Install the front bumper side support LH with the bolt and screw.

      Torque:
      Bolt
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. A01LVC4

      Engage the 2 guides and 19 claws.

    2. A01LUVC

      Install the lower No. 1 radiator grille with the 2 screws.

  6. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/o Bracket)


    1. A01M3CI

      Engage the 4 claws to install the fog light cover LH.

  7. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/o Bracket)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/ Bracket)

      Engage the 2 guides and 3 claws to install the fog light mounting bracket LH.

    2. A01LXZV

      Engage the 4 claws to install the front bumper hole cover LH.

  9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/ Bracket)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  10. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER

      *a Hook

      Engage the hook.

    2. Engage the 2 claws to install the front bumper hole cover.

  13. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER


    1. A01M15P

      Engage the claw to install the front fender liner retainer.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  14. INSTALL NO. 5 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)


    1. Engage the 11 clamps to install the No. 5 engine room wire.

  15. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  17. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  19. INSTALL ULTRASONIC SENSOR CLIP (w/ Simple Intelligent Parking Assist System)

  20. INSTALL NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Simple Intelligent Parking Assist System)

  21. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. Engage the 8 clamps to install the headlight cleaner hose.

  22. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT CLEANER CLAMP (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)
