REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY(for Sedan) DISASSEMBLY

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE BACK-UP LIGHT BULB

   
   

   1. 

      Turn the back-up light socket with the back-up light bulb as shown in the illustration to remove them as a unit.

   2. Remove the back-up light bulb from the back-up light socket.

2. REMOVE BACK-UP LIGHT SOCKET

3. REMOVE TAIL LIGHT BULB (for Bulb Type)

   
   

   1. 

      Turn the tail light socket with the tail light bulb as shown in the illustration to remove them as a unit.

   2. Remove the tail light bulb from the tail light socket.

4. REMOVE TAIL LIGHT SOCKET (for Bulb Type)

5. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR FOG LIGHT BULB (for Bulb Type)

   
   

   1. w/ Rear Fog Light:

      
      

      1. 

         Turn the No. 1 rear fog light socket with the No. 1 rear fog light bulb as shown in the illustration to remove them as a unit.

      2. Remove the No. 1 rear fog light bulb from the No. 1 rear fog light socket.

6. REMOVE REAR FOG LIGHT SOCKET (for Bulb Type)

7. REMOVE REAR LIGHT GASKET

   

   
   

   1. Remove the rear light gasket.

      Note

      
      

      • Be sure to remove all traces of the old rear light gasket from the vehicle body.

      
      

      • Do not reuse the removed rear light gasket. Be sure to install a new rear light gasket to prevent water ingress.

8. REMOVE REAR LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE (for LED Type)

   
   

   1. 

      Disengage the clamp.

   2. Disconnect the connector to remove the rear light socket and wire.

9. REMOVE REAR LIGHT LENS AND BODY
