PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER BRACKET


    1. A00Y4W0

      Install the No. 1 heater bracket with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 5 HEATER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A00Y9N3

      Install the No. 5 heater bracket sub-assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    2. Engage the clamp and claw.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 HEAT EXCHANGER UNIT GASKET
