HEATER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE WATER GUARD PLATE LH

    Click here

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER AIR DUCT SPLASH SHIELD SEAL

    Click here

  4. SEPARATE DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY (for 1AD-FTV)

    Click here

  5. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL

    Click here

  6. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR COVER RH

      A01M03W Bolt
      A01LZQW Clip

      Remove the bolt and clip.

    2. Disengage the 3 clips to remove the front floor cover RH.

  7. REMOVE AIR DUCT


    1. A01M0MC

      Remove the clip and air duct.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01M1RT

      Remove the 3 nuts and No. 1 exhaust pipe sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE NO. 2 HEAT EXCHANGER UNIT GASKET


    1. Remove the No. 2 heat exchanger unit gasket.

  10. REMOVE HEATER AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY


    1. A01LVTK

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Using pliers, grip the claws of the clips and slide the 3 clips to disconnect each hose.

    3. Disengage the clamp.

    4. A01LXNB

      Remove the 3 nuts and heater and accessory assembly.
