AIR CONDITIONING PANEL(for Manual Air Conditioning System) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)

2. REMOVE SHIFTING HOLE BEZEL (for Manual Transaxle)

   Click here

3. REMOVE SHIFTING HOLE BEZEL (for CVT)

   Click here

4. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

5. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL

   Click here

6. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

7. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

8. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

9. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

10. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

    Click here

11. REMOVE NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE (for LHD)

    Click here

12. REMOVE NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE (for RHD)

13. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING PANEL ASSEMBLY

    
    

    1. 

       Disengage the 2 claws and 5 clips.

    2. Disconnect each connector.

    3. 

       Disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the air mix damper control cable sub-assembly.

    4. 

       Disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the No. 2 heater control cable sub-assembly to remove the air conditioning panel assembly.
