AIR CONDITIONING PANEL(for Automatic Air Conditioning System) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (except Sedan)


    1. Engage the 3 guides.

    2. Install the air conditioning control assembly with the 4 screws.

  2. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD RETAINER WITH AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (except Sedan)


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the 4 clips and 2 claws to install the center instrument panel safety pad retainer with air conditioning control assembly.

  3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Sedan)

  4. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Sedan)

  5. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL (except Sedan)

  6. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Sedan)


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the 2 claws and 5 clips to install the air conditioning control assembly.

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE (for Sedan)

  8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY (for Sedan)

  10. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Sedan)

  17. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (for Sedan)

    for LHD with Entry and Start System:

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
