AIR CONDITIONING PANEL(for Automatic Air Conditioning System) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL (except Sedan)

  2. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Sedan)

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Sedan)

    Click here

  4. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD RETAINER WITH AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (except Sedan)


    1. A01TB5E

      Disengage the 2 claws and 4 clips.

    2. Disconnect the connector to remove the center instrument panel safety pad retainer with air conditioning control assembly.

  5. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (except Sedan)


    1. A01TBSE

      Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Disengage the 3 guides to remove the air conditioning control assembly.

  6. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL (for Sedan)

  7. REMOVE LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Sedan)

  8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Sedan)

  9. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD RETAINER WITH AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Sedan)

      Disengage the 2 claws and 4 clips.

    2. Disconnect the connector to remove the center instrument panel safety pad retainer with air conditioning control assembly.

  10. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Sedan)


    1. A01TBSE

      Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Disengage the 3 guides to remove the air conditioning control assembly.
