CONDENSER(except 1WW, 8NR-FTS) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL COOLER DRYER

   
   

   1. 

      *a

      Modulator

      Using pliers, install a new cooler dryer to the modulator.

   2. for Type A:

      
      

      1. 

         Sufficiently apply compressor oil to the O-ring and fitting surface of a new cap.

         Refrigerant	Compressor Oil
         HFC-134a (R134a)	ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
         HFO-1234yf (R1234yf)	ND-OIL 12 or equivalent

   3. for Type B:

      
      

      1. 

         Sufficiently apply compressor oil to the 3 O-rings and fitting surfaces of a new cap.

         Refrigerant	Compressor Oil
         HFC-134a (R134a)	ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
         HFO-1234yf (R1234yf)	ND-OIL 12 or equivalent

   4. 

      Using a 14 mm straight hexagon socket wrench, install the cap to the modulator.

      Torque:

      for Type A

      2.9 N*m  { 30 kgf*cm, 26 in.*lbf }

      for Type B

      4.0 N*m  { 41 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

2. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER CONDENSER CUSHION

   

   
   

   1. Install the 4 No. 1 cooler condenser cushions.
