PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (for LHD with Entry and Start System)

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  3. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL (except Sedan)

  4. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Sedan)

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 METER HOOD CLUSTER (except Sedan)

  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY (except Sedan)

  13. REMOVE COOLER (ROOM TEMP. SENSOR) THERMISTOR

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. B0044GU

      Disconnect the connector and aspirator to remove the cooler (room temp. sensor) thermistor.
