BLOWER UNIT REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System)


    1. A012GM1

      Connect the link of the No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly to the link of the blower assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL RECIRCULATION DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)


    1. for LHD:


      1. A012HKI

        Connect the link of the recirculation damper servo sub-assembly to the link of the blower assembly as shown in the illustration.

      2. Install the recirculation damper servo sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

    2. for RHD:


      1. A012NDP

        Connect the link of the recirculation damper servo sub-assembly to the link of the blower assembly as shown in the illustration.

      2. Install the recirculation damper servo sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  3. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System)


    1. A012KM0

      Install the blower motor with fan sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

  4. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)


    1. A012HFO

      Install the blower motor with fan sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

  5. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)


    1. A012G41

      Install the blower resistor with the 2 screws.
