BLOWER UNIT REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER UNIT ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

3. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. for Cold Area:

      
      

      1. 

         Remove the screw.

      2. Disengage each clamp and disconnect the wire harness.

   2. for Automatic Air Conditioning System:

      
      

      1. Disconnect the connector.

         for Automatic Air Conditioning System

         -

   3. Remove the 3 screws and blower assembly.

4. REMOVE AIR FILTER CASE

   
   

   1. 

      Disengage the claw and guide, and remove the air filter case.

5. REMOVE AIR REFINER ELEMENT

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the air refiner element as shown in the illustration.
