REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY(for Sedan) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Engage the guide and install the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    2. Check that the ELR locks.

      Note

      The check should be performed with the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH installed.


      1. With the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH installed, check that the belt locks when it is pulled out quickly.

      A00301U Protruding Part

      Connect the floor anchor of the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note


      • Install the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH with the arrow on the anchor part facing the front of the vehicle.

      • Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH to overlap the protruding parts of the floor panel.

    4. w/ Rear Seat Belt Warning:


      1. Connect the connector.
