REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Sedan) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK

   
   

   1. 

      Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat cushion lock hook as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      If the rear seat cushion lock hook is deteriorated or damaged, replace it with a new one.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

2. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

   
   

   1. Place the rear seatback assembly RH in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

   2. Install the rear seatback assembly RH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:

      18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

   3. Install the 3 clips.

3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH

   
   

   1. Place the rear seatback assembly LH in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

   2. Install the rear seatback assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:

      18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

   3. Install the clip.

4. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY

5. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

6. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Place the rear seat cushion assembly in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

   2. 

      *a	Rear Seat Cushion Frame Hook
      *b	Rear Seatback Hinge Hook
      *c	Rear Seat Cushion Lock Hook

      Pass the 2 rear seat inner belts through the slits of the rear seat cushion assembly as shown in the illustration.

   3. Engage the rear seat cushion frame hook on the rear side of the rear seat cushion assembly to the rear seatback hinge hook.

   4. Engage the 2 rear seat cushion frame hooks on the front side of the rear seat cushion assembly to the rear seat cushion lock hooks as shown in the illustration.

   5. Confirm that the rear seat cushion assembly is securely installed.

7. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL COVER

   
   

   1. Install the spare wheel cover.
