REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Sedan) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER (for RH Side)


    1. A012F2B

      w/ Center Armrest:


      1. Disengage the claw and remove the center armrest hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)


    1. w/ Center Armrest:


      1. A012HGS

        Remove the bolt and bush.

      2. A012MBJN01

        Disengage the pin as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration and remove the rear seat center armrest assembly.

      3. A012JKQ

        Remove the bush as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON (for RH Side)

    1. Remove the rear seatback lock release button as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH (for RH Side)


    1. A012FYN

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER SHOULDER BELT GUIDE (for RH Side)


    1. A012G5W

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the rear seat center shoulder belt guide.

  6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for RH Side)


    1. A012MJX

      Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.

    2. A012KY4

      Disengage the 4 fasteners as shown in the illustration.

    3. A012JQ9

      Open the fastener as shown in the illustration.

    4. A012L5X

      Remove the 7 hog rings.

    5. A012HKB

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    6. A012FZU

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat center headrest supports.

    7. Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH (for RH Side)


    1. w/o Center Armrest:


      1. A012N4Z

        Remove the 11 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover RH from the separate type rear seatback pad RH.

    2. w/ Center Armrest:


      1. A012KVQ

        Remove the 17 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover RH from the separate type rear seatback pad RH.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)


    1. A012FXO

      Remove the 2 nuts and rear seatback lock assembly RH.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON (for LH Side)


    1. A012JW5

      Remove the rear seatback lock release button as shown in the illustration.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seatback stop button grommet.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH (for LH Side)


    1. A012MTT

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.

  12. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)


    1. A012F57

      Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

    2. A012GXJ

      Disengage the 4 fasteners as shown in the illustration.

    3. A012KUH

      Open the fastener as shown in the illustration.

    4. A012F5S

      Remove the 6 hog rings.

    5. A012NCN

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    6. Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly.

  13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH (for LH Side)


    1. A012ITS

      Remove the 7 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover LH from the separate type rear seatback pad LH.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)


    1. A012LMM

      Remove the 2 nuts and rear seatback lock assembly LH.

  15. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. Remove the 27 hogs rings.

    2. Remove the 12 hog rings and bench type rear seat cushion cover from the bench type rear seat cushion pad.
