Tech Tips

For models with manual transaxle, the front lower No. 1 suspension arm sub-assembly LH can be removed without removing the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

  3. SEPARATE FRONT LOWER NO. 1 SUSPENSION ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for Manual Transaxle)

  4. REMOVE FRONT LOWER NO. 1 SUSPENSION ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for Manual Transaxle)


    1. A01LZBX

      Remove the 2 bolts, nut and front lower No. 1 suspension arm sub-assembly LH from the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly.

      Note

      Because the nut has its own stopper, do not turn the nut. Loosen the bolt with the nut secured.

  5. REMOVE FRONT LOWER NO. 1 SUSPENSION ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for Multi-Mode Manual Transaxle)
