REVOLUTION SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER (for 1ZR-FAE)

   
   

   • for Half Cover Type:

2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER (for 8NR-FTS)

   Click here

3. REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER LH (for 1ZR-FAE)

   Click here

4. REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER LH (for 8NR-FTS)

   Click here

5. REMOVE TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (NIN)

   
   

   1. 

      Disconnect the transmission revolution sensor (NIN) connector.

   2. Remove the bolt and transmission revolution sensor (NIN) from the transaxle case.

   3. Remove the O-ring from the transmission revolution sensor (NIN).

6. REMOVE TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (NOUT)

   
   

   1. 

      Disconnect the transmission revolution sensor (NOUT) connector.

   2. Remove the bolt and transmission revolution sensor (NOUT) from the rear transaxle case.

   3. Remove the O-ring from the transmission revolution sensor (NOUT).
