SHIFT PADDLE SWITCH INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL SHIFT PADDLE SWITCH (TRANSMISSION SHIFT SWITCH ASSEMBLY)


    1. Connect the 2 shift paddle switch (transmission shift switch assembly) connectors to install the No. 1 switch wire to the 2 shift paddle switches (transmission shift switch assemblies).

    2. A01M0QEC12
      *a Clamp
      *b 0 to 40°
      *c 1 to 3 mm (0.0394 to 0.118 in.)

      Install 2 new clamps as shown in the illustration.

    3. Engage the 5 guides to install the 2 shift paddle switches (transmission shift switch assemblies) with No. 1 switch wire to the steering wheel assembly.

    4. Engage the guide to the steering wheel assembly.

    5. Install the 2 shift paddle switches (transmission shift switch assemblies) to the steering wheel assembly with the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      1.3 N*m  { 13 kgf*cm, 12 in.*lbf }
