CLUTCH PEDAL SWITCH INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 CLUTCH PEDAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the No. 2 clutch pedal switch assembly to the clutch pedal support sub-assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      15.7 N*m  { 160 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf }

      Note


      • Insert the protrusion of the No. 2 clutch pedal switch assembly into the hole in the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.

      • To prevent damage to the No. 2 clutch pedal switch assembly, make sure not to rotate it during installation.

  2. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the clutch pedal switch assembly to the clutch pedal support sub-assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      15.7 N*m  { 160 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf }

      Note


      • Insert the protrusion of the clutch pedal switch assembly into the hole in the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.

      • To prevent damage to the clutch pedal switch assembly, make sure not to rotate it during installation.

  3. CONNECT CONNECTORS (for LHD)


    1. Connect the No. 2 clutch pedal switch assembly connector.

    2. Connect the clutch pedal switch assembly connector.

  4. CONNECT CONNECTORS (for RHD)


    1. Connect the No. 2 clutch pedal switch assembly connector.

    2. Connect the clutch pedal switch assembly connector.

  5. INSPECT CLUTCH PEDAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Instrument Panel Under Cover)
