CLUTCH ACTUATOR(for EC65A) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE CLUTCH STROKE SENSOR

      Remove the 2 screws and clutch stroke sensor from the clutch actuator.

    2. Remove the O-ring from the clutch stroke sensor.

  2. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Loosen the clip and disconnect the clutch reservoir tube from the clutch actuator housing sub-assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Use a container to collect the fluid.

      Remove the 2 bolts and clutch master cylinder reservoir sub-assembly from the clutch actuator housing sub-assembly.

    3. Remove the 2 clips and clutch reservoir tube from the clutch master cylinder reservoir sub-assembly.

    4. Remove the No. 2 clutch reservoir tube from the clutch master cylinder reservoir sub-assembly and clutch master cylinder reservoir filler cap.

    5. Remove the clutch master cylinder reservoir filler cap from the clutch master cylinder reservoir sub-assembly.

    6. Remove the O-ring from the clutch master cylinder reservoir filler cap.
