CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER(for EA66) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER KIT


    1. A01LXNIC01
      A01M03W Lithium Soap Base Glycol Grease

      Coat a new piston with lithium soap base glycol grease as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01LV5EC01
      *1 Spring
      *2 Piston
      *3 Push Rod
      *4 Boot

      Install the piston and a new spring to the clutch release cylinder body.

      Note

      Do not damage the inside of the clutch release cylinder body.

      Tech Tips

      Install the smaller end of the spring to the piston.

    3. Install a new boot to the push rod.

    4. Install the push rod to the clutch release cylinder body.

  2. INSTALL RELEASE CYLINDER BLEEDER PLUG


    1. Install the release cylinder bleeder plug to the clutch release cylinder body.

      Torque:
      10.8 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the bleeder plug cap to the release cylinder bleeder plug.
