GENERATOR(for 90A Type) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL GENERATOR WITH CLUTCH PULLEY

   
   
   1. 

      *a	8 mm Hexagon Wrench

      Set SST and an 8 mm hexagon wrench as shown in the illustration.

      SST

      09820-30010

   2. Secure the generator assembly in a vise between aluminum plates.

   3. 

      *a	Hold
      *b	Turn
      *c	8 mm Hexagon Wrench

      While holding SST in place, rotate the 8 mm hexagon wrench counterclockwise, and install the generator with clutch pulley

      Torque:

      80 N*m  { 816 kgf*cm, 59 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Check that the drive end frame is secured in the vise tightly.

2. INSTALL GENERATOR PULLEY CAP

   
   

   1. Install a new generator pulley cap to the generator with clutch pulley.
