ULTRASONIC SENSOR(for Sedan Front Side) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE FRONT CENTER ULTRASONIC SENSOR

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure for all front center ultrasonic sensors.

   
   

   1. Disconnect the connector.

   2. 

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the front center ultrasonic sensor.

3. REMOVE FRONT CORNER ULTRASONIC SENSOR

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure for all front corner ultrasonic sensors.

   
   

   1. Disconnect the connector.

   2. 

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the front corner ultrasonic sensor.

4. REMOVE FRONT SIDE ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Simple Intelligent Parking Assist System)

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure for all front side ultrasonic sensors.

   
   

   1. Disconnect the connector.

   2. 

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the front side ultrasonic sensor.

5. REMOVE FRONT CENTER ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure for all front center ultrasonic sensor retainers.

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the front center ultrasonic sensor retainer from the front bumper assembly.

   2. Remove the old double-sided tape from the front bumper assembly.

6. REMOVE FRONT CORNER ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure for all front corner ultrasonic sensor retainers.

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the front corner ultrasonic sensor retainer from the front bumper assembly.

   2. Remove the old double-sided tape from the front bumper assembly.

7. REMOVE FRONT SIDE ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Simple Intelligent Parking Assist System)

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure for all front side ultrasonic sensor retainers.

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the front side ultrasonic sensor retainer from the front bumper assembly.

   2. Remove the old double-sided tape from the front bumper assembly.
