PURGE VALVE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL PURGE VALVE (PURGE VSV)


    1. Install the purge valve (purge VSV) with the screw.

      Torque:
      3.4 N*m  { 35 kgf*cm, 30 in.*lbf }
    2. B00424RC01
      *a 1 to 5 mm
      *b 135°
      *c Upper Side
      *d Front Side

      Connect the purge valve (purge VSV) connector to the purge valve (purge VSV).

    3. Connect the No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose to the purge valve (purge VSV).

    4. Connect the No. 1 fuel vapor feed hose to the purge valve (purge VSV) and slide the clip to secure it.

      Tech Tips

      Engage the clip within shown in the illustration.
