Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the ignition coil assembly.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL STUD BOLT


    1. Install the stud bolt to the engine mounting bracket RH.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL V-RIBBED BELT TENSIONER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 WATER BY-PASS PIPE


    1. Connect the hose and slide the clip to secure it.

    2. Install the No. 1 water by-pass pipe to the cylinder block with the bolt.

      Torque:
      22 N*m  { 224 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY (TWC: Front Catalyst)

  5. INSTALL MANIFOLD STAY

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

  8. INSTALL OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK GUIDE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  9. INSTALL VENTILATION HOSE


    1. Install the ventilation hose to the cylinder head cover sub-assembly and slide the clip to secure it.

  10. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE


    1. Install the No. 2 radiator hose to the water inlet and slide the clip to secure it.

  11. INSTALL NO. 1 IGNITION COIL


    1. Install the 4 ignition coil assemblies with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }
