ENGINE UNIT(w/o Glow Plug Controller) REPLACEMENT

PROCEDURE

1. REPLACE STUD BOLT

   Note

   If any of the stud bolts is deformed or the threads are damaged, replace it.

   
   

   1. Using an E6 and E8 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 4 stud bolts.

   2. Using an E6 and E8 "TORX" socket wrench, install the 4 stud bolts.

      Lower Side

      Torque:

      Stud bolt A

      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

      Stud bolt B

      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }
