INTEGRATION RELAY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 1 INTEGRATION RELAY

   
   

   1. Connect the 3 No. 1 integration relay connectors.

   2. Engage the 2 claws to install the No. 1 integration relay to the engine room relay block.

2. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM RELAY BLOCK AND LOWER RELAY BLOCK COVER

   
   

   1. Engage the 4 claws to install the wire harness cover.

   2. Engage the 10 claws to install the engine room relay block to the lower relay block cover.

      Note

      Securely install the engine room relay block to the lower relay block cover in order to prevent the wire harness from getting caught.

   3. Engage the guide and claw.

   4. Install the engine room relay block and lower relay block cover with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:

      8.4 N*m  { 86 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }

   5. Engage the 2 wire harness clamps.

   6. Engage the 2 wire harness clamps to install the wire harness.

   7. Connect the front speed sensor connector.

   8. for LHD:

      
      

      1. Connect the wireless door lock buzzer connector.

3. INSTALL WIRE HARNESS

   
   

   1. Engage the 2 clamps to install the wire harness and connect the 2 connectors.

   2. Install the 2 nuts.

      Torque:

      8.4 N*m  { 86 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }

4. INSTALL NO. 1 RELAY BLOCK COVER

5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH
