PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT NO. 1 INTEGRATION RELAY


    1. IG2 Relay:


      1. A01LYV1C02
        *a

        Component without harness connected

        (No. 1 Integration Relay)

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1K-1 - 1I-4 Battery voltage not applied between terminals 1I-3 and 1I-2 10 kΩ or higher
        1K-1 - 1I-4 Battery voltage applied between terminals 1I-3 and 1I-2 Below 1 Ω
        1I-1 - 1I-4

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 integration relay.

    2. HORN Relay:


      1. A01LYV1C02
        *a

        Component without harness connected

        (No. 1 Integration Relay)

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1K-1 - 1I-8 Battery voltage not applied between terminals 1I-7 and 1I-6 10 kΩ or higher
        1K-1 - 1I-8 Battery voltage applied between terminals 1I-7 and 1I-6 Below 1 Ω
        1I-5 - 1I-8

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 integration relay.

    3. FUEL PUMP Relay:


      1. A01LYV1C02
        *a

        Component without harness connected

        (No. 1 Integration Relay)

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1K-1 - 1J-4 Battery voltage not applied between terminals 1J-3 and 1J-2 10 kΩ or higher
        1K-1 - 1J-4 Battery voltage applied between terminals 1J-3 and 1J-2 Below 1 Ω
        1J-1 - 1J-4

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 integration relay.

    4. EDU Relay:


      1. A01LYV1C02

        (No. 1 Integration Relay)

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1J-5 - 1J-8 Battery voltage not applied between terminals 1J-7 and 1J-6 10 kΩ or higher
        Battery voltage applied between terminals 1J-7 and 1J-6 Below 1 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 integration relay.
