MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL DIESEL TURBO PRESSURE SENSOR

   
   

   1. Install the diesel turbo pressure sensor with the bolt.

      Torque:

      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

      Note

      If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.

      Note

      
      

      • Make sure that the protrusion of the gas filter bracket is inserted into the hole of the sensor.

      • If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.

   2. Connect the vacuum hose to the diesel turbo pressure sensor.

   3. Connect the pressure diesel turbo pressure sensor.

2. CONNECT ENGINE WIRE

   
   

   1. Connect the engine wire with the bolt.

      Torque:

      8.4 N*m  { 86 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }

3. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER (w/ No. 1 Engine Cover)
