OIL PUMP REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE


    1. A012MH5C04
      *1 Oil Pump Relief Valve
      *2 Oil Pump Relief Valve Spring
      *3 Oil Pump Relief Valve Plug

      Coat the oil pump relief valve and oil pump relief valve hole with engine oil.

    2. Insert the oil pump relief valve and oil pump relief valve spring into the oil pump body hole.

    3. Using a 22 mm socket wrench, install the oil pump relief valve plug.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL OIL PUMP ROTOR SET


    1. A012HA1C03
      *a Mark

      Coat the oil pump drive rotor and oil pump driven rotor with engine oil, and place them into the oil pump body with the marks facing the oil pump cover sub-assembly side.

  3. INSTALL OIL PUMP COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A012KNM

      Install the oil pump cover sub-assembly with the 6 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.8 N*m  { 90 kgf*cm, 78 in.*lbf }
